I`ve been sewing since I was 6 years old, and I sew all the clothes in my shop from scratch from your measurements. I draft all patterns myself and I am heavily inspired by historical fashion, especially Regency and 1950`s fashion. Shopping second hand and the environment have been important to me since I was young. We learned about them when I was at school and I was shocked that we weren't doing much about these issues.

I hope more than anything to be able to make a difference and show people that there is a better way.

Delivery and returns

We deliver everywhere with tracked shipping.

We do not accept returns on any orders. We accept to take back garments to resize them for you in the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the measurements sent to us and the measurements of the finished garment.

We also do not accept returns of Chez Abbie Grace vintage. If it does not work for you please feel free to sell it on.

We really are sustainable. and we can prove it.

All scraps are donated to local sewists who use them for their personal sewing, to teach classes or to create art.
We only use natural fabrics. All materials are vintage, deadstock or ethically produced in handpicked factories within the EU.
Modal satin, a plant based sustainable alternative to polyester satin is available on request.
We also have silk and cotton ribbon as an alternative to polyester ribbon.
All haberdashery items are vintage or made in France.
